Olesya was born in Russia into the third generation of renowned artists in her family. She holds a Master's Degree as an architect-designer from the Architecture-Engineering Institute of Tomsk. Later Olesya became interested in Fine Art drawing and painting in oil . She studied and painted under the direction of her mother,who is nationally recognized portrait artist TamaraGeddes (www.fineartstudioonline.com/tamarageddes) ,and had also taken numerous workshops and art classes.
 She has developed her skills in painting of still life, landscapes, seascapes, abstract and murals.
Her commissioned paintings and murals are decorating many houses in California, Minnesota and Nevada.
